The exclusive rent includes (up to) 18 pax (maximum sleeping capacity). Excess pax is allowed as non-sleepover visitor with 500/head entrance fee (max of 7 pax aside from overnight stay).

Terms and Conditions
Security/Incidental Deposit for Regular Overnight Stay and Day Tour – Php7,500; Security/Incidental Deposit for Wedding and Special Events with Catering – Php10,000;
Security/Incidental Deposit will be collected upon check-in (in cash only). Credit Card not applicable.
All rates are vat exclusive.
Unregistered Vehicles will be clamped with 1,000 penalty.
Please settle the payment in full or at least 50% within 24 hours to avoid cancellation for the booking. (Full Payment for December Reservations)
Remaining balance payable 1 day before check-in date or upon check-in via bank transfer.
If your family exceeds the allowed maximum capacity without approval/authorization from the CAMP 23 Management, extra person will be charge Php3,000/head/daily.
Rebooking 15 days prior to check-in date: 100% free Rebooking.
Rebooking 8 to 14 days prior to check-in date: with 50% (of 1 night rate) rebooking fee. Rebooking 7 days below prior to check-in date: with 75% (of 1 night rate) rebooking fee.
For travelers who are uncertain to travel due to local restriction, or any unavoidable circumstances that is beyond the control of both parties: 90% free re-booking.
Supporting Documents are needed and for approval.
Rebooking is valid only for 3 months and subject to additional charges based on the seasonal rate.
All payments made are non-refundable.
